Tutorial 1 - Using the shortcuts introduced by Shortcuts for PowerPoint

This tutorial explains how to use the features introduced by Shortcuts for PowerPoint.

Shortcuts for PowerPoint uses Shortcut Manager to allow you to customize the keyboard shortcuts for the features that it adds to PowerPoint. In the Customize Shortcuts dialog box, you can access all the features under the Shortcuts for PowerPoint category:

  1. Select Tools | Customize Shortcuts... menu item.
  2. Locate and select Shortcuts for PowerPoint category.
  3. Locate and select the required command in that category.
  4. In the Assign shortcut to command box, press the key combination that would be used to invoke the command.
  5. Click OK.
