After downloading the setup executable, execute the setup executable ColorPicker20.exe. You need to have Administrator privileges to install OfficeOne Color Picker on the system. After installation, Color Picker can be used from any account.

After downloading, install Color Picker as follows:

1. Ensure that Microsoft PowerPoint is not running. Exit all instances of PowerPoint.
2. Execute the setup executable ColorPicker20.exe. This will install OfficeOne Color Picker and register it for use with PowerPoint.
3. Start Microsoft PowerPoint.

Color Picker is now installed. Use it through the Design Tools tab in PowerPoint 2007 and later versions:
