After downloading the setup executable, execute the setup executable PPSctMgr87.exe. You need to have Administrator privileges to install OfficeOne Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint on the system. After installation, Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint can be used from any account. Click here, if you do not have Administrator privileges on your machine.

After downloading, install Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint as follows:

Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint is now installed. To assign shortcuts to macros in your presentations, invoke Shortcut Manager's customize shortcuts dialog by clicking Customize button in Keyboard Shortcuts group in Home ribbon tab in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 and later versions or Tools | Customize Shortcuts... menu item in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 and previous versions. Locate and select the Macros category and select your macro in the list of Commands. Click here if you do not see the Macros category.
