Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint introduces the keyboard shortcuts
customization feature to PowerPoint. It allows you to define your own shortcuts
to ribbon buttons, menu items, toolbars and macros. The following are the steps
that you can follow for it:
- In Home tab, click Customize button in Keyboard Shortcuts group:

Shortcuts dialog box:
- In the Customize Shortcuts dialog, locate the
appropriate category and the command in that category for
which you wish to assign a keyboard shortcut.
- In the Assign shortcut to command
box, press the key combination that you wish to assign to
the selected command.
- You can optionally select whether you would use your keyboard
shortcut during slide design and/or slide show.
- Click OK.
