Using Code Presenter

For PowerPoint 2003, 2002 (XP) and 2000, it adds menu items in the Insert menu.

To use OfficeOne Code Presenter, do the following:

  1. Open your presentation in PowerPoint.
  2. Navigate to the slide where you want to insert your code snippet.
  3. Click Insert Code Snippet on the Insert tab.
  4. You would get the Insert Code box:

  5. Click the Browse button to get the file dialog box.
  6. Locate and select your code file. The contents of your code file will get inserted in the text box. If you want to modify code here, you may do so.
  7. Click OK button.

OfficeOne Code Presenter will now insert the code from the text box to a newly created text box on the currently active slide in your presentation. When you run the slide show, horizontal and vertical scrollbars will be displayed if the content is more than what fits the box.
