After downloading the setup executable, execute the setup executable ProToolsZoom11.exe. You need to have Administrator privileges to install OfficeOne ProTools Zoom on the system. After installation, ProTools Zoom can be used from any account.

After downloading, install ProTools Zoom as follows:

1. Ensure that Microsoft PowerPoint is not running. Exit all instances of PowerPoint.
2. Execute the setup executable ProToolsZoom11.exe. This will install OfficeOne ProTools Zoom and register it for use with PowerPoint.
3. Start Microsoft Office PowerPoint.

ProTools Zoom is now installed. Use it through the right-click menu during the slide show.
